Significant information that The Tradesman would know about your character/s life. Kisame was born with a kekkei genkai in a village that despised them at the time (slaughtering entire clans) and also had very brutal training methods. For example, to graduate, students had to fight to the death with a classmate. Kisame ended up actively avoiding forming bonds with anyone because of this, and followed his teacher's orders to the letter, which included slaughtering his own team members to protect information they carried. Then he discovered that his teacher was a traitor, killed him, and had a crisis of purpose and identity. "Madara" swooped in, convinced him that a world of truth was possible and earned his loyalty. Later he murdered the daimyo, tried to overthrow the government, and ended up joining Akatsuki. He was partnered with Itachi and the two became pretty close, for certain values of close (certainly, the closest anyone had ever gotten to Kisame, teacher aside). 8 years later, Itachi is killed by his brother and Kisame is sent to spy on the shinobi alliance and commits suicide rather than be forced to give up information.
In Ukiyo, he got very close to Itachi, and basically ended up giving Itachi all his loyalty. He discovered and had confirmed to his satisfaction most of "Madara's" lies. He got himself a lover in Bela Talbot and got close to Naruto and Gai as well. He also confronted the ghost of his teacher and got closure on that, though it confirmed a sense of guilt and failure about him.
Do you mind if she shares information with others? If so, what information would you like that to be? Anything is fine!
Would you be willing to allow the Tradesman to use certain information to blackmail your character? If so, what information would she use? Kisame will be pretty hard to blackmail (he generally doesn't care much about his dark past) with information. Threatening the people he cares about however? Perfect coercion material. He's especially concerned about what happened to Itachi and Bela once they left Ukiyo.
Kanji Tatsumi
Significant information that The Tradesman would know about your character/s life. He's always been a gentle, sensitive child who dearly loved crafts and sewing. But when he was little, he ended up accidentally making a girl cry when he only wanted to help her, and started some extremely vicious teasing. Then his dad died (while he wasn't even there, for which he blames himself) but told him sometime shortly before that he had to become a real man. Kanji took that as an insult and became a very violent, rough punk in order to seem manly. He was very ashamed of his talents and hid his gentle side. Then he got a huge crush on a detective (who he thought was a boy at the time) and then right after got tossed into another world where he had to face down everything he was hiding by himself. He did, got friends in the process, and after a long few months of agonizing growth, fully accepted himself. Then they faced down the goddess of death and saved the world.
In Ukiyo, he got a crush on Neji, and then Naoto arrived. They ended up being in a threesome, and he's very very happy. But also very afraid for them.
Do you mind if she shares information with others? If so, what information would you like that to be? Sure! He'll throw a fit because he likes to reveal that info himself but!
Would you be willing to allow the Tradesman to use certain information to blackmail your character? If so, what information would she use? The only thing that he'd really not want revealed is that he honestly, truly, deeply wanted to murder Namatame for "killing" Nanako and, he thought at the time, the other two. Like, beat to death murder, though he didn't say that out loud. They were stopped from doing that, but that memory makes him feel a little guilty to this day. Also, safety of Naoto and Neji is very good coercion!
