He was responsible for the deaths of his parents, and quite a few of the neighbors, and spent his childhood as a homeless orphan. Although he hates the shinigami, his true enemy is the Spirit King, and there is precious little he won’t do to see it killed. He has never had any friends, and he has willfully manipulated the people of his past. Any of the information contained here is fair game.
In Ukiyo, Sousuke is trying to foment rebellion, break the bracelets, and open at way for characters to get back home. He refuses to sleep with his clients. He's only barely obedient to the laws of Ukiyo, and then he's only pretending. And he may or may not be harboring feelings toward someone.
Do you mind if she shares information with others? If so, what information would you like that to be? I would prefer that the information about his childhood not be shared with others, but the rest is fair game.
Would you be willing to allow the Tradesman to use certain information to blackmail your character? If so, what information would she use? Sure! Anything she knows can be used, although whether or not she’ll be successful will depend on what it is and what the circumstances are.
